The weekend starts on Friday night with a Welcome Reception. Enjoy wine, green cocktails, appetizers and music while getting to know fellow retreat attendees and mingling with people from Austin’s wellness community.

Revel in two days of wellness that connect you to Austin. Play on the trail during hiking yoga and on the lake while SUPing. Connect with nature by flowing through Vinyasa and stretching outdoors. Expand your mind with meditating, journaling and goal setting. Relax during some well-deserved pampering. Nourish your body through cooking demos and delicious food. Engage with your city by touring an Urban Farm and eating a delicious farm to table dinner at Eden East. Wind down with sweet animals during Hoppy Hour.
